Mega VIP Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

Welcome to mega vip. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and mega vip as the platform operator ("Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the mega vip platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by mega vip, including Live Casino, table games, poker, football betting, badminton, e-sports, slots, and all related promotions and loyalty programmes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from using the mega vip platform.

The official language governing these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

To register and use the mega vip platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not prohibited from participating in gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation.
• Register under your own name and not as a representative of any third party.
• Has never had an account closed or suspended by mega vip previously due to a Terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the mega vip platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein. mega vip reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting valid identification documents.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mega vip is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member.

Mega vip accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the mega vip platform. Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Mega vip reserves the right to place a hold on any deposit suspected of involving money laundering or fraud pending the completion of an investigation. All deposit transactions are subject to applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

Mega vip members may withdraw funds from their accounts subject to the following conditions:

• Member account has been identity-verified (KYC completed).
• No active bonus with an outstanding rollover requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawal processing times at mega vip are between 5 to 15 minutes for standard e-wallet withdrawal requests. Bank FPX withdrawals may take up to 1 hour depending on the bank's processing schedule. Large withdrawals (exceeding RM50,000) may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours.

Mega vip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for the purposes of identity verification, source of funds confirmation, or AML compliance. In such cases, the member will be notified and asked to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

Mega vip offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that are clearly stated for each offer. The general terms applicable to all mega vip bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member (unless otherwise stated for recurring bonuses).
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The rollover requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Mega vip reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system.
• The expiry date for each bonus is stated in its respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be used or exchanged.

Mega vip is committed to keeping bonus terms fair and transparent. If you have any questions about a promotion's terms, please contact our support team before claiming the bonus.

All games available on the mega vip platform — including Live Casino, table games, slots, poker, and other games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mega vip itself.

Members are required to observe the following rules while playing:

• Play independently and do not use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised assistance tools.
• Do not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker games.
• Do not exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings obtained through such means may be forfeited.
• Respect other players and refrain from making any offensive, disruptive, or threatening comments in any game chat.

Mega vip reserves the right to void any bet or game where fraud, a significant technical error, or any exceptional circumstance affecting the fairness of play is proven. mega vip's decision in such matters is final.

The mega vip Sports Betting section covers football leagues (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and 50+ other leagues), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following terms apply specifically to Sports Betting:

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature (where available) or if the relevant match is cancelled or postponed.
• If a match is postponed and not completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be fully refunded.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to a delay for security purposes. mega vip reserves the right to reject or void live bets where the odds applied differ significantly from the current market value due to a technical disruption.
• Maximum bet limits vary by bet type and league, and are subject to change based on market conditions.

In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, mega vip will refer to recognised sports news sources and the official ruling of the relevant league governing body.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mega vip account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) information you have enabled.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Always log out of the mega vip platform when using a public or shared device.
• Report to the mega vip support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Mega vip is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Mega vip takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help members manage their gambling habits. Available tools include:

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — set a limit on the amount you can deposit within a given period.
• Betting limit — set a maximum amount you can wager within a single session.
• Loss limit — automatically stops gameplay once your preset loss limit has been reached.
• Time-out — suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — restrict access to your account for an extended period.

Mega vip only permits individuals aged 18 and above to register and play. We employ a range of age verification procedures to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Mega vip reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving the platform.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, or game manipulation tools.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other games.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the mega vip support team. Any remaining funds in the account will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met and there are no outstanding compliance issues.

Mega vip provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, mega vip does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to the specific needs of every member.

Mega vip is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Indirect, consequential, or business losses.

Mega vip's maximum liability to any member for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mega vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mega vip website. For significant changes, mega vip will notify members at least 7 days in advance via email or in-platform notification.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the mega vip platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
